Cloudnium Expands with New Data Center in Tempe, Arizona

Cloudnium is excited to announce the expansion of our data center footprint with a new facility at 1005 W. Geneva Drive in Tempe, Arizona.

The Tempe location expands Cloudnium's presence into the Phoenix metropolitan market and gives us another strategic location from which to provide colocation, dedicated infrastructure, cloud services, disaster recovery, and managed infrastructure solutions.

An Established Data Center Ready for Its Next Chapter

Rather than starting with an empty building, Cloudnium is taking over an existing purpose-built data center environment with the core infrastructure already in place.

Our objective is to combine the advantages of an established data center with Cloudnium's approach to flexible, customer-focused infrastructure.

Expanding into the Phoenix Market

The Phoenix metropolitan area has become one of the country's major data center markets, making Tempe a natural addition to Cloudnium's growing footprint.

The location provides an important western U.S. presence and creates new opportunities for customers that need geographic diversity, disaster recovery, low-latency western infrastructure, or deployments spanning multiple Cloudnium locations.

Tempe will also complement our other infrastructure locations as we continue building a geographically distributed network.

Colocation, Dedicated Servers and Cloud Infrastructure

Cloudnium plans to provide a range of services from the Tempe facility, including:

  • Full and partial cabinet colocation
  • Dedicated server hosting
  • VPS and cloud infrastructure
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Private and hybrid cloud deployments
  • Managed infrastructure
  • Network and connectivity services
  • Custom enterprise deployments

Customers will also be able to work directly with Cloudnium on more specialized deployments requiring combinations of space, power, network connectivity, hardware, and managed services.

Investing for the Future

Taking over an established data center gives us an excellent foundation, but this is only the beginning.

Cloudnium plans to continue investing in the facility as customer demand grows, with upgrades focused on reliability, redundancy, capacity, connectivity, and operational efficiency.

The Tempe facility will also become part of Cloudnium's broader network architecture, allowing us to connect infrastructure and services across multiple geographic locations.

Building the Cloudnium Network

We're building a distributed infrastructure platform combining data centers, cloud infrastructure, network services, and edge locations into a network capable of supporting customers from individual servers to complex multi-site deployments.

Tempe represents another major step toward that goal.

We're excited to begin this next chapter at 1005 W. Geneva Drive and look forward to sharing more about the facility, upcoming improvements, network connectivity, and service availability as we bring the location into the Cloudnium network.
